Comprehensive water-quality testing services are available for all types of Real Estate transactions, including those involving VA and FHA loans. Typically, these water tests include coliform bacteria, nitrate nitrogen, and occasionally lead, but they can be customized to meet specific transactional requirements. Well disinfection services also are available.
